Women’s Leadership Group Coaching Series: Weaving Insight, Leadership and Depth
Overview
W.I.L.D. Wisdom© is a women’s leadership development journey that engages archetypal story, myth, and creative arts-based inquiry to strengthen leadership presence, clarity and embodied authority.
Myth and story are not treated as metaphor alone, but as living maps offering ways to explore leadership identity, voice, shadow, and growth.
This series supports women leaders and emerging leaders to reconnect with deeper sources of intelligence, creativity and direction. Through experiential group work, participants are invited into a symbolic and embodied exploration of leadership as a lived, relational and creative act.
Structure
- Duration: 6 months
- Format: 2.5 hours per month (online)
- Approach: Experiential, practice-based, and integrative

Core Approach
The W.I.L.D. Wisdom© series integrates:
- Archetypal and mythic frameworks as maps for leadership development
- Creative arts processes for expression, reflection and meaning-making
- Embodied and somatic awareness practices for presence and regulation
- Narrative and storytelling as tools for identity and transformation
- Relational group coaching for insight, reflection and integration
The W.I.L.D. Wisdom© programme is designed to strengthen core organisational leadership competencies through experiential, archetypal and creative learning methodologies. In complex, fast-changing organisational environments, technical competence alone is not sufficient. Leaders are increasingly required to navigate:
- ambiguity and uncertainty
- relational and cultural complexity
- emotional and systemic stressors
- competing priorities and power dynamics
- continuous transformation
This series develops the inner capacities and relational intelligence required for effective leadership in such complex contexts whilst deepening connection with authentic expressions of self.
